Wrought Iron Plant Stands
When I visit friends, family and neighbors I can’t help but take note of the little details that
make their homes warm and welcoming. Many of these accessories for the home are often underestimated but if they
were missing, you would know it. For example, my sister owns several wrought iron plant stands that work to pull
the look of her home together.
I love items that work to pull a look together. We often tend to decorate our interior design
separately from our outdoor scenes. This is a common mistake that can easily be remedied by adding elements like
wrought iron plant stands into the mix. You would be surprised by how these subtle accents work to bring a home
together.
The wrought iron plant stands on my sister’s property sit prominently on her front deck. This open
space feels a little cozier with the combination of her wrought iron outdoor furniture and the accenting plant
stands. The whole look is so warm and inviting that it almost feels as if you are in an interior room.
The comfortable outdoor living space is a wonderful retreat for guests during sunny afternoons and
well into the evening. The wrought iron plant stands offer color, shape and texture while keeping plant life in the
outdoors. The deck is a welcoming spot that is enjoyed all year long.
My sister didn’t stop at the front porch, though. When you enter her home you are immediately faced
with two more wrought iron plant stands set strategically in the foyer. This approach is ideal because it brings
some of the welcoming feeling that is offered on the deck right into the entryway.
Wrought iron plant stands also grace the sizeable living room as well. These formidable pieces are
as large as the planters that are outside on the deck and they offer balance for the oversized area. The natural
color of the plants is a great addition to the living room as well. The room feels comfortable, colorful and
cozy.
She even has wrought iron plant stands in the kitchen. One quite small and is simply used to fill
space in the kitchen. The second is actually used to house an ice bucket. The stand is commonly used during parties
and it can be moved outside quite easily.
Many of us look to the big ticket items to bring style and elegance to our designs. However,
smaller details like wrought iron plant stands can make all the difference.
